This version only allows backend config overrides via `superset_config.py` (using `configOverrides`), and does not support `extraAppConfig` or any mechanism to inject frontend-specific settings through Helm values or templates. To enforce French number formatting in charts and dashboards, you should set the `D3_FORMAT` dictionary in `superset_config.py` (for example: `D3_FORMAT = {"decimal": ",", "thousands": " ", "grouping": [3], "currency": ["", ""]}`), then restart all Superset pods and clear your browser cache. This will update number formatting in the UI, but not in CSV/Excel exports, which always use US formatting [[source]](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/34295). There is currently no Helm chart version that supports injecting frontend locale or number formatting config (like `extraAppConfig`) out of the box.
