Your D3_FORMAT settings in superset_config.py are the key to controlling French
number formatting in the Superset UI. For these settings to take effect, make
sure your D3_FORMAT dictionary looks like this:
```python
D3_FORMAT = {
"decimal": ",",
"thousands": " ",
"grouping": [3],
"currency": ["", " €"]
}
```
After updating, restart all Superset pods and clear your browser cache. To
confirm your config is loaded, open your browser dev tools and check that
`window.bootstrap_data.common.d3_format` matches your settings on any Superset
page. If it doesn't, double-check that your superset_config.py is mounted
correctly and that the SUPERSET_CONFIG_PATH or SUPERSET_CONFIG environment
variable points to it

Note: This only affects number formatting in the UI—CSV/Excel exports will
still use US-style formatting

chart 0.14.2 does not support extraAppConfig or frontend config injection, so
this is the only supported method for locale-aware number formatting in the
frontend

If you still don't see the expected formatting, check for typos in your config,
ensure the config is loaded, and verify that no other overrides are present.
