Tooltip height is at most 80% of the viewport (80vh). b. Internal scroll works inside the tooltip; the chart doesn’t re-trigger on pointer movement into the tooltip. c. Tooltip remains above the sticky header (not clipped or hidden). 4. Resize the browser window and re-check the 80vh cap behavior. 5.
