<!-- Bito Reply -->
The reviewer's suggestion to explicitly assert the feature flag call and the
warning log is a valid approach for improving test completeness. Since the
current test already verifies the observable outcome of the fallback path, your
decision to treat this as a non-blocking follow-up is appropriate. You may
proceed without applying the change if you prefer to keep the test focused on
the functional outcome.

<!-- Bito Reply -->
The reviewer's observation is correct that the `feature_flag_mock` parameter
is unused in the test function. However, the test logic remains valid as it
exercises the v2 path through the expected behavior of the `send()` method,
such as the `files_upload_v2` calls and exception handling. Since the test
effectively covers the intended functionality, the unused parameter is a minor
issue that does not block the test's correctness.

<!-- Bito Reply -->
The suggestion to extract shared error handling and helper methods into a
utility module is appropriate for improving maintainability and reducing code
duplication between the two Slack notification files. While the concern about
coupling to a deprecated module is valid, creating a shared utility or base
class can be done in a way that isolates the logic, making it easier to remove
or refactor when the older module is eventually decommissioned. Applying this
suggestion would improve the cleanliness of the current implementation.
