Review Comment:
`_make_content` is a test helper; annotating `mock_header_data`,
`**overrides`, and its return type isn't required. The `[[tool.mypy.overrides]]
module = "tests.*"` block (`disallow_untyped_defs = false`) exempts it, and
mypy, ruff, and ruff-format all pass on the branch. Skipping.

Review Comment:
The unannotated parameter is the `mock_header_data` fixture on
`test_v2_send_with_single_screenshot_calls_files_upload_v2`. Test signatures
are exempt from annotation under the `tests.*` mypy override
(`disallow_untyped_defs = false`), and mypy, ruff, and ruff-format all pass, so
no change is needed.

Review Comment:
`test_v2_send_with_csv_calls_files_upload_v2` has a self-describing name and
asserts that `files_upload_v2` is called once with the CSV bytes and the `test
alert.csv` filename. A docstring isn't required, and the `tests.*` mypy
override plus passing ruff/mypy don't flag its absence. Skipping.
