@rusackas good catch, thanks. Not intentional — the chart-side narrowing got dropped in an intermediate revision. Restored it in the latest commit: `GET /<id>/charts` now withholds `form_data` for charts the caller can't access, and `GET /<id>` only lists accessible charts.
