Playwright investigation: the failing `/app/prefix` job timed out in the pre-existing embedded-dashboard tests while waiting for the iframe grid. The same test passed on retry once within the run and was marked flaky; a subsequent embedded test hit the identical timeout. This PR changes only MCP dashboard Python code/tests and no Playwright, embedded-dashboard, frontend, or prefix code. I retried the failing job once as requested.
