Review Comment:
   Fixed in cef6619bba. Raw driver details are logged server-side with the 
traceback; MCP callers receive a sanitized actionable message, and the test 
verifies the raw detail is absent.

   Fixed in cef6619bba. The regression now asserts id is null, columns is 
empty, error is present, and raw database detail is not exposed.
