   @bsovran @rusackas, following up on the next action for SIP-224 (#42806): do 
we have a dev@ discussion/vote thread yet, and who is taking ownership of 
starting or advancing it? @bsovran, please confirm whether you can lead it; if 
not, @rusackas, could you point us to the appropriate sponsor/next step? I am 
not assuming the SIP hold can be bypassed or that an attributed replacement is 
already approved for merge.
   
   All six dependent branches (#43132–#43136 and #43237) have been refreshed 
onto master `d9b0cb04`. That exposed and repaired compatibility issues (one 
no-op Alembic merge head and relocating the AI client's prompt framing away 
from removed MCP exports); it does not resolve the remaining base 
lifecycle/API/UI findings. I am replying to the September 12–13 reviews 
individually and keeping unresolved concerns open. The authoring 
timeout/reconciliation and real authenticated persistence coverage are still 
blockers on our side as well, not a request for reviewers to wave them through.
