Review Comment:
This policy always parses with the default dialect: neither `execute_sql`
nor `validate_sql` accepts an `engine` argument, although both take
`database_id` and the latter promises dialect-specific validation. A valid
non-default query such as `SELECT TOP 10 ...` on MSSQL is therefore refused
here before the tool can resolve the database engine. Could the policy derive
the dialect from `database_id` (or receive the resolved engine) before parsing?

+The tool contract and the registry that dispatches to it.
+
+A tool is a small, self-authorizing unit of work. "Self-authorizing" is the
+important half: the registry does not check permissions on a tool's behalf, and
+neither does the policy chain in :mod:`superset.ai.policy`, which answers the
+coarser question of whether a *shape* of call should be attempted at all. Any
+tool that returns or mutates a data-bearing object performs its own
+``security_manager`` check, because that is the only place with enough context
to
+know which object is being touched.
+
+A tool returns two things. :attr:`ToolOutput.content` is what the model reads.
+:attr:`ToolOutput.display` is a summary for the UI, so a user can expand what
the
+assistant did and see the SQL it ran and the rows it got back. Both are
+size-bounded here rather than in each tool: ``display`` is persisted on the
+message and shipped to the browser, so an unbounded one would be a second way
to
+blow up a response.

Review Comment:
Rebasing this PR onto current `master` makes the assistant fail during tool
import: `superset.mcp_service.utils.sanitization` no longer exports these
`LLM_CONTEXT_*` constants, yet `AITool` imports them at module load. With the
feature enabled, the first turn reaches the tool registry and raises
`ImportError` before any tool can run. Could this framing be moved to a
supported AI-owned utility (or otherwise updated) as part of the required
rebase?

Review Comment:
`buildRequestPageContext` sends action `systemPrompt` values as
`helper_directives`, but this renderer consumes only the structured page fields
below. As a result, `triggerAIAction({ systemPrompt: ... })` silently drops the
directive before the prompt is built; when no other page context is present,
the renderer returns an empty string. Could this render the documented helper
directives separately, or stop accepting/sending an option that has no effect?

Review Comment:
After deleting the last conversation, `activeTab` is undefined and
`messages` falls back to a new `[]` on every render. That new dependency
re-runs this effect, and `buildQuickPrompts` produces a new array for
`setQuickPrompts`, causing another render indefinitely. The panel can hit
React's maximum update depth and consume the tab until a new conversation is
created. Could the empty messages fallback be stable or this effect avoid
setting equivalent prompts?
