Addressed the independent zone audit wording finding in 48931bcf0423997558f70e795d91da5c2dc92726: UPDATING.md, Pinot metadata and generated documentation explicitly state pinotdb[sqlalchemy]>=8.0.0,<10.0.0, including the upper bound. Ten focused Pinot tests and all applicable staged pre-commit hooks passed. Published with an explicit expected-old-SHA lease; worktree is clean. Fresh CI is queued/running and will be inspected. No rebase or migration workaround; post-repair rebase waits for actual #44288 landing on single-head master.
