Addressed both migration notes in review 5356356322 in 485c4272bc: UPDATING and the MySQL metadata explain the immediate effect on saved SSL-enabled connections, CA files on all web/worker nodes, and recovery using native settings without the toggle. Standard Aurora MySQL enforcement is intentional, including IAM; the documentation calls out the Amazon RDS CA bundle when verification is used and distinguishes the HTTPS Data API. Added standard-Aurora CA preservation and native-settings regression tests. MySQL and IAM unit suites: 146 passed; pre-commit: all applicable hooks passed, including mypy.
