Usually, we're adding a menu (a web component) on top of the integrated app. With Superset 5, the integration was seamless. But I've just noticed that starting with Superset 6, the menu header is pushing the Superset content below and the bottom end just disappears (overflow:hidden). We loose the 80 last pixels in height, meaning we loose for instance the "Create Chart' button, which is a bummer. ***I've reproduced the same behaviour with Superset 7.0 branch.*** I first thought a bit of CSS might solve it, but I'm not so sure about this. Claude AI also says so: > Superset scrolls and listens on window in several places: > - views/ScrollToTop.tsx:27: window.scrollTo(0, 0) when the route changes > - DashboardContainer.tsx:337-342: reads window.scrollY and scrolls back to the top > - TabsRenderer.tsx:307: scrolls the window to bring a tab into view > - DashboardBuilder.tsx:663: listens for window scroll to recompute the filter bar's bottom offset > > With #app scrolling, these silently stop working: pages don't reset to the top on navigation, and tab-into-view scrolling stops. So flex on body turns out not to be a good fit here. I don't know if this is to be considered a bug or a design choice and if we'll be the only ones concerned. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
