That matters here: only one security manager class can be active, and the `permission_view_menu_api` override needs to be added to *that same class*, not a brand-new file, otherwise you'd either overwrite your OIDC security manager or have the new one silently ignored. Could you paste (or describe) the relevant lines from `w3id_oidc_security_manager.py` where the custom security manager class is defined (its class name and base class), and the line(s) in `superset_config.py` where `CUSTOM_SECURITY_MANAGER` is set?
