This looks fixed on master, but not in any release yet. Feel free to reopen if this is still happening in master. [#37815](https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/37815) (merged 2026-05-05) added SupersetPermissionViewMenuApi, which allows filtering permissions-resources by id, permission.name and view_menu.name. That was the 400 Filter column: id not allowed to filter.
