With one row dimension containing a long unbroken value (for example, a
64-character request ID) in a narrow chart, the frozen label can be wider than
the scroll area and cover every metric cell even at maximum horizontal scroll,
making the values unreadable and unclickable. Could the frozen block be
width-constrained or freezing disabled when it consumes the scrollport?
