Review Comment:
`BulletChartConfig.row_limit` defaults to 10,000, but this only emits it
when it was explicitly supplied, including when creating a new chart. A new
Bullet saved without `row_limit` therefore carries none, so `get_chart_data`
falls back to the deployment `ROW_LIMIT` (50,000 by default), and a grouped
Bullet with 20,000 categories returns all 20,000 rows rather than the
advertised 10,000 maximum. Could creation apply the schema default while
update-time omission still preserves the saved value?

Review Comment:
A labels-only Bullet update that omits `dimensions` works with a saved
independent sort (say `orderby: [["Profit", false]]` on a saved `Sales` by
`Region` chart), but restating the same `dimensions: [{"name": "Region"}]`
fails with `order_by must reference a Bullet dimension or metric output;
unknown: Profit`. The merge keeps the inherited sorter, and this validation
copy then treats it as newly authored. Could the inherited `orderby` stay out
of the strict check unless the update itself supplies `order_by`, as is already
done for `groupby` and `adhoc_filters`?
