@rebenitez1802 @aminghadersohi this is out of draft and ready for review whenever you have a moment. It's in the same purge/permission area as #45033 and #44926. The short version: purging a soft-deleted dataset no longer deletes a `datasource_access` permission that another live object still uses. The shared-permission check takes a lock so a concurrent purge can't orphan it, and under MySQL's default REPEATABLE READ it fails safe by keeping the permission.
