@fitzee thanks for tracing the full-CSV failure. The three sibling Download-submenu tests now have the same five-second bound as the first one (30c820b8c2), which covers the failure in [master run 37689808982](https://github.com/apache/superset/actions/runs/37689808982). - This extends the existing async waits; no assertion is weakened. - I left the semantic-filter test's overall timeout unchanged, since it hasn't hit that limit locally.
