Hi @dmunozv04, thanks for proposing this feature! I’m interested in contributing to SIP-233 and helping with the implementation once the design is agreed upon. Option 2 (YAML + ZIP with UUID-based references) looks promising, especially for maintaining stable resource references across environments. A few considerations that might be worth discussing: - How should imports handle resource UUIDs that cannot be resolved in the destination instance? - Should imports support a dry-run or validation step before modifying existing role permissions? - For overwrite mode, should built-in roles be explicitly protected from modification?
