fields were shortened;

Review Comment:
   Good catch updating this page. Its sibling still carries the old sentence:
`docs/admin_docs/configuration/mcp-server.mdx:1283` says "`truncated: true`
means the page ended early to fit the size bound, or a long name or description
was shortened", and never mentions `fields_shortened`. Worth the same edit
there so the two pages do not contradict each other.

Review Comment:
   Not a blocker, but the `[:count]` slice is the one genuinely new piece of
logic here and nothing pins it. I replaced it with `any(shortened_flags)` and
all 84 catalog tests still passed. `test_response_size_is_bounded` only
exercises the `True` direction, and
`test_fields_shortened_follows_the_items_on_each_page` splits on `page_size`
rather than on the byte bound, so the case the slice exists for is uncovered.

   A case where the only shortened item is the one the byte bound defers would
lock it in. With 100 datasets at 400 character descriptions plus one at 5,000
far enough down the page:

   ```python
   first = _page("datasets", page_size=100)
   assert first.truncated is True
   assert first.fields_shortened is False
   second = _page("datasets", page_size=100, cursor=first.next_cursor)
   assert second.fields_shortened is True
   ```

   That fails with `any(shortened_flags)` and passes as written.

Review Comment:
   A question, since the machinery is outside this diff: does the new wording
reach a client in the default configuration? With `MCP_TOOL_SEARCH_CONFIG` at
its defaults (`enabled: True`, `max_description_length: 300`), `search_tools`
serves `get_catalog` with a description of 210 characters that is identical
before and after this PR, cut at "No SQL, connection details, params or
metrics." `_serialize_tools_without_output_schema` strips `outputSchema` as
well, so the new `fields_shortened` `Field(description=...)` does not ship
either.

   `_truncate_description` keeps whole paragraphs, then whole sentences of the
next one, and the third sentence here runs 160 characters against the 91 that
are left. Moving the `next_cursor` sentence ahead of the "No SQL" one lands it
at 248. Not a blocker, and I might be missing a path where the full docstring
is surfaced.
