Updated the sibling admin guide to use the same contract: `truncated` only
denotes byte-bound pagination, `next_cursor` is the continuation signal, and
`fields_shortened` covers shortened names/descriptions and omitted oversized
URLs without implying missing entries. The 2,048-character URL limit is
documented there too.

Review Comment:
   Added the byte-bound regression in
https://github.com/apache/superset/commit/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/tests/unit_tests/mcp_service/catalog/tool/test_get_catalog.py#L1040-L1061

The only shortened item is dataset 90, inside the initial DAO page but
deferred by the byte bound. The first response asserts `truncated=True`,
`fields_shortened=False`, and a cursor; following that cursor returns the
shortened item with `fields_shortened=True`. The test also checks that all 102
IDs come back exactly once and in order.

Verified the test fails at the first page's `fields_shortened=False`
assertion when `any(shortened_flags[:count])` is replaced by
`any(shortened_flags)`, then restored the slice. The complete catalog test file
passes: 86 tests.

Review Comment:
You are right: before this follow-up, the new wording did not reach a client
through default tool search. The defaults enable search with a 300-character
description budget:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/superset/mcp_service/mcp_config.py#L528-L541
   Startup applies that configuration:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/superset/mcp_service/server.py#L1105-L1109
The search serializer strips `outputSchema`, then truncates the tool
description, so the response-field descriptions are not a fallback:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/superset/mcp_service/server.py#L396-L413

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/superset/mcp_service/server.py#L540-L556

I reproduced this with a real FastMCP client calling `search_tools`: its
description ended at "No SQL, connection details, params or metrics."
Untruncated descriptions are available when search is disabled or its
description limit is set to 0, but neither is the default.

Fixed within this diff's scope in
https://github.com/apache/superset/commit/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f:
moved the continuation and both flag meanings into the opening 252-character
contract, without changing the shared search machinery:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/superset/mcp_service/catalog/tool/get_catalog.py#L415-L429
The new regression uses the registered tool, the default search transform,
and an actual client `search_tools` call. It asserts that all three contract
cues survive the default budget even though `outputSchema` is absent:

https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/a2cc4dba13f99bacb2477258720227c4f96bb18f/tests/unit_tests/mcp_service/catalog/tool/test_get_catalog.py#L782-L808
It failed before the docstring change and passes after it. All 86 catalog
tests and pre-commit on all five branch-changed files pass.
