Addressed in c32ca8a3aeb: - Prevent stale disposables from removing newer tool registrations. - Reject pending editor access when its tab closes. - Avoid inheriting catalog/schema when creating a tab for a different database. - Keep unvisited persisted tabs available for listing, switching, and closing. - Test core SQL Lab tool registration with extensions disabled. - Clarify that run_current_query success confirms initiation, not query completion.
