I'd like the person who works on this to adhere to the [New Contributor Expectations](https://github.com/apache/superset/wiki/New-Contributor-Welcome-&-Expectations). For this issue, it's critical that the person fixing it deploy Superset master branch locally, create a stacked bar chart and regular bar chart that exhibit the two issues above, and then test that their fixes indeed solve the problem. Before and after screenshots will be required. Then the code reviewers will be checking the code, but at least we'll have manual verification that the fix works. @schizophrenicmaniac I made a comment on a different one of your PRs open that it needs before/after screenshots. If you will commit to following those expectations here with a local deployment and manual testing + screenshots, then go ahead, you are welcome to work on this (and thank you for your contributions to Superset!). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
