Updated this branch through `c510dfb724` after checking all 18 inline review threads against the current code. Each thread has a concrete fix or revalidation reply. Apache master `1220ec01ef` is included; the existing branch history is preserved. Local validation: 768 backend tests, 112 AI frontend tests, 38 shared-chat tests and all hooks for 121 PR files pass. The migration graph has one head. The PR description now lists the inherited fixes and the remaining whole-parent/host outage limitation of the Celery failure callbacks.
