Updated this branch with Apache master `037abb7d0b433c1274ab55f95e5613310f132462` and published `f3817c60a40b7b2da1e6b8c54592ed2ae76fc990` without rewriting history. Investigated the CI pre-commit failure: the project pins Ruff 0.9.7, while the earlier local executable was 0.16.6. The older checker flags the isolated worker-configuration subprocess even though its interpreter/code arguments are fixed test inputs. Added the repository-standard inline S603 annotation with that justification and verified the pinned checker. The worker acknowledgement regression remains intact. No new inline reviewer findings appeared in the refresh. - 789 tests passed: full AI unit suite, single migration head, and translation-template checks. - 112 AI frontend tests passed. - All branch-file pre-commit hooks passed with the project-pinned Ruff 0.9.7. Run the same AI, migration-head and translation suites, then the AI Jest suites to reproduce these checks. These are isolated local tests; no live provider/warehouse, deployment or complete historical migration upgrade/downgrade was performed. The description has been updated to this validation. No deployment was performed. GitHub CI on this new head is separate from the completed local checks.
