Updated this branch with Apache master `380855d38527f679ef9562e0eb511b8ecff155cb` and published `1c7ed422a7a6c9defda8ba3026fdbaf1e83087cb` without rewriting history. Corrected the idempotency integration test: an unclaimed run is deliberately submitted again after an uncertain broker acknowledgement. Both deliveries must retain the same run/message IDs and identical arguments, while the transcript contains one user/assistant pair. The atomic execution-claim tests remain intact. Also annotated the fixed-code worker test subprocess for the project-pinned Ruff 0.9.7. The earlier Helm job failed during cosign installation because envsubst was absent, before reaching the chart tests; that unchanged bootstrap is separate from this AI change. - Backend: 809 passed in 100.42s (0:01:40). - Api: 27 passed in 6.07s. - Frontend: Tests: 106 passed, 106 total. - All branch-file pre-commit hooks passed with the project-pinned Ruff 0.9.7. All checks used the isolated audit environment with the updated development dependencies. No live warehouse/provider, browser, production database or deployment was used. The description has been updated to this validation. No deployment was performed. GitHub CI on this new head is separate from the completed local checks.
