Review Comment:
`to_datetime` is allowed through discovery rendering, but the datetime it
returns still exposes `.now()`, `.utcnow()` and `.today()`, so the opaque-value
boundary doesn't apply to its result. A template such as `{% if ('2020-01-01
00:00:00'|to_datetime).now().second % 2 %}1{% else %}(SELECT MAX(col1) FROM
physical){% endif %}` can render `1` while the cache key is collected and the
table subquery at execution. The result is then cached without that table's RLS
contribution or the per-viewer fallback marker, so another viewer with
different RLS can be served it. Should the filter's return value be treated as
opaque (or wrapped so clock methods raise `OpaqueTemplateError`), with a
`jinja_context_test.py` case asserting discovery rejects `.now()` on a
`to_datetime` result?

Review Comment:
Tables read inside adhoc expression subqueries get their cache-key
contribution from `collect_rls_predicates_for_sql`, which passes
`include_global_guest_rls=False`, while execution of the same adhoc expression
(`apply_rls` at the validate step, default `include_global_guest_rls=True`)
applies the global guest rules to those tables. The outer key from
`get_rls_cache_key` carries only clause strings, with no scope. For example,
guest A has a global rule `region = 'A'` and guest B has the same clause scoped
to the chart's own dataset: both produce the same outer key and no inner-table
contribution, yet for an adhoc metric like `MAX((SELECT COUNT(*) FROM
customers))` A's execution filters `customers` and B's does not. That lets one
guest be served the other's cached result. Should the guest global rules for
the inner tables be added to this contribution so the key matches what
execution applies?
