Review Comment:
This renders the dataset's Jinja SQL unconditionally on every cache-key
build. `has_extra_cache_key_calls` exists so the template isn't executed on a
cache hit, because macros like `presto.latest_sub_partition(...)` issue
warehouse queries (index discovery plus a partition query). With
`ALLOW_ADHOC_SUBQUERY` on, a chart that selects only plain columns now pays
those queries before the cache lookup, and if partition discovery fails the
request errors instead of serving the cached result. Could this render only
when an expression actually needs the filter-removal state, or use a
side-effect-free pass?
