@richardfogaca The follow-up commits address your review: handlers are now narrowed to `is_database_engine_error()` so metadata-DB errors stay on their original path (with a negative test for that), `messages.pot` is regenerated, and the schemas/catalogs status code is aligned to 422 to match chart-data.
