### Bug description
1. Create a MATERIALIZED VIEW
2. Refresh schema
3. Materialized View won't show up in schema
4. Test if schema exists
```sql
SELECT
n.nspname AS schema_name,
c.relname AS relation_name,
c.relkind
FROM pg_class c
JOIN pg_namespace n ON n.oid = c.relnamespace
WHERE c.relkind in ('v', 'm');
```
### Screenshots/recordings
_No response_
### Superset version
master / latest-dev
### Python version
3.11
### Node version
I don't know
### Browser
Firefox
### Additional context
I'm running superset from almost latest 7.0.0-lean.
AI suggest to implement the materialized view interface like:
```python
@classmethod
def get_materialized_view_names(
cls,
database: Database,
inspector: Inspector,
schema: str | None,
) -> set[str]:
if not schema:
return set()
return set(inspector.get_materialized_view_names(schema))
```
