For a value containing a comma, use double quotes: "San Francisco, CA".` That keeps it available when entering values, without adding permanent icons or relying on users remembering a one-time tip. One implementation detail: the current code adds this tooltip to every multi-select `filter_select`, then independently adds the author's description tooltip. That explains the two icons; the syntax help and the filter description have separate render paths.
