URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/14188

   I am trying to install superset on my kubernetes cluster. Hence I tried to
install it via the helm chart. Also I want to use the vertica driver. So I
specified the `additionalRequirements` property in the `values.yml`. Looking
like this:

   ```yml
   additionalRequirements:
     - sqlalchemy-vertica-python
   #
   # Default values for superset.
   # This is a YAML-formatted file.
   # Declare variables to be passed into your templates
   ...
   ```

   ### Expected results

   When I specify `additionalRequirements` the additional requirements get
installed.

   ### Actual results

   When I add the connection string like:

   ```
   vertica+vertica_python://...
   ```

   I get the error: `ERROR: Could not load database driver: VerticaEngineSpec`

   #### How to reproduce the bug
