`PROMPT_SETS` owns one mutable metadata object, and this returns that same
reference from every script/folder conversion. Mutating one returned notebook's
nested metadata will therefore change later conversion results; before this
refactor, each derived notebook received a fresh metadata object. Clone it when
constructing the notebook to preserve conversion isolation.
