Good catch! The UDF's startup error comes from the coordinator, so it's
tagged unknown operator and the result panel filtered it out when you clicked
the UDF. Now, when an operator is selected, the Static Error tab also shows
errors that aren't tied to any operator on the canvas, so clicking the failed
UDF shows its error next to the Console.
