In {{TSimpleServer}}, the end of a connection, a normal client disconnect
included, raised out of the accept loop, so {{serve}} returned after the first
client.
Fixed on master by
[59da35a42|https://github.com/apache/thrift/commit/59da35a42d9569ef117ab67d5ec6346b15569cee]:
the server closes that connection's transport and goes on accepting.
