Each connection of {{TThreadedServer}} runs in its own thread, whose loop left
the accepted transport open on both the normal and the error path, so every
served connection kept its file descriptor.
Fixed on master by
[2311a0b52|https://github.com/apache/thrift/commit/2311a0b52b14b932d8098bf7fd589a1e2cf15ee4]:
the transport is closed once when the loop ends.
