Follow-up to #3933 / THRIFT-6362: make `redirectWithinOrigin()` and `originOf()` private instance methods and call them through `$this`. Redirect validation and request behavior are unchanged. Validation on PHP 8.2.30 with PHPUnit 10.5.65: all 31 `TCurlClientTest` cases and 4 `TCurlClientRedirectTest` cases pass. PHPCS passes for the changed PHP file, and `git diff --check` is clean. `make style` was attempted but is unavailable in the unconfigured worktree (`No rule to make target 'style'`).
