Currently watch allows to create feeds, groups or keywords with a name that
already exists, creating thus erratic states and filters. Watch should prevent
this to happen at the UI level, displaying an alert such as "a
feed/group/keyword with such name already exists, please pick another name".
Should it be case insensitive ?
