Improvement of spanish translation

The actual spanish translation does not fit Spanish from Spain. It might be
alright for other Spanish speaking countries though, so a few questions: who
did this translation? Is it used a lot right now? Are users happy with it?
As language forms are sometimes different amongst Spanish speaking countries, I
suggest splitting the Spanish translations to allow each country having his
own. We would get:
ApplicationResources_es_es.properties for Spain
ApplicationResources_es_ar.properties for Argentina
ApplicationResources_es_co.properties for Colombia
...
A proposition for es_es translation is attached to this issue.
