Proposal :
- apply encode() to all filenames in updateAttachName() (xwiki.js) and tinymce
attachments/images popups
- create a getURLDecoded(String encodedString) method in
com.xpn.xwiki.api.XWiki
- modify packname() (macros.vm) to decode filenames before display
