Second thought :
- there's a lot of code duplication in tinymce wiki plugin
- this is a temporary fix since the underlying problem is related to encoding
- after giving a try to the first fix it's confusing to see a file named
"ééé.doc" in the attachments and to download "%E9%E9%E9.doc"
Proposal :
- creation of encodeURI(String) decodeURI(String) in api.Util
- deprecation of api.XWiki.getURLDecoded and XWiki.getURLDecoded
- use of clearNames() in the upload action
