Argh. I forgot that part. I'll fix. One gotcha while working on this:
fontawesome doesn't actually have a license file that assigns copyright and
only points to the licenses on other sites. I'm not sure what to do here,
other than maybe removing it for the time being. :(
bq. asf-site-src/README.md has incorrect instructions on publishing
I'm just going to nuke the content and put a pointer in it to the contrib docs.
This removes duplicate instructions.
bq. nit: why the Rakefile if we're not going to suggest using it in the
instructions?

middleman requires 2.2 or higher I think. I'll make a note in contrib.
