My hunch is that the way we call checkstyle:checkstyle with setting the output
is functionally equivalent to checkstyle:check, but without the build failure.
Nonetheless, the checkstyle test-patch plugin could actually benefit from the
failure since it could be used to potentially shortcut log analysis.
Never mind the fact that I really dislike how the checkstyle plug-in is even
written to begin with. lol
