I think we've got some other things we could do too:
* don't generate HTML and only bundle the markdown files directly
* slice and dice the LICENSE and NOTICE file such that the "top" part is binary
and the "bottom" part is source. During build.sh time, cut the bottom off and
include that in the generated artifact
