I think at this point, the only bits left to do:
* test out java projects to make sure checkstyle, etc are generating GitHub
Checks annotations correctly (I have a feeling they are not due to modules)
* Get INFRA to approve the license
* Update how to release docs
* Actually release
Considering I *really* want a release out by Halloween... only a few days left
to do all that. :(
