currently, if you create a project that uses the aspx plugin, you are forced to
precompile the web application, and to adhere to the output of the
aspnet_compiler application. This can do things like compile some resources but
leave others uncompiled so that they can be locally edited - where you may want
them all precompiled (omit {{-u}}), or none (don't precompile, or copy anyway).
