Some 18-21 year programs are run by school district others are run by/at colleges or Community Based agencies. At this time, NYS does not plan to interview them as long as they are enrolled by a School District and have an IEP in effect.  We will capture the nature of their school program in order to account for them in reporting.  We will only interview and include them in SPP 14 reporting once they have ended their k-12 education. It gets confusing, does it not?
