There is currently an opening with the Office of Student Learning and Partnerships at the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) in Salem, Oregon.
The primary purpose of this position is to: 1. provide statewide leadership in the area of special education transition-to-adult services, including participation in the development and implementation of personnel training; 2. participate in implementation of the statewide special education accountability system (Systems Performance Review and Improvement [SPR&I]), including monitoring school districts for compliance with state and federal regulations; and 3. provide technical assistance to school districts on special education procedures and practices.
