Hi,
 Thanks but the papers inside IEEE do not explain the basic idea and
fundamental concepts of telecommunication clearly so I have to spend a lot
of time to get a good understanding of bandwidth, link delay, packet size
and packet rate out of various papers.The only thing I need is a brief
tutorial or an article which explains these topics and the relation between
them.
 Thanks again but that would take much time and by considering the amount of
time that I spent to get NS2 installed, there would be no time to do the
project itself if I try this approach.

 Still waiting for you suggestions.
